Our flight came in after midnight and they were awesome about checking us in and their shuttle picked us up quickly. Sabrina at the front desk and Jack the shuttle driver were professional and very nice. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

The staff were friendly, & very accommodating. I liked the proximity to everywhere I needed to go. Lots of places to eat. I appreciated the Hotel already having a list of eateries for your convenience. The rooms were clean, & cozy. I slept very comfortably in the bed. The shower pressure was great. Having the ability to control the rooms temperature made all the difference in being comfortable. The place is very well maintained, & it shows. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. They had (2) two forms of security devices on the door, to ensure my safety. All I had to do was use them, which I did. The Continental breakfast was suffice. They were very willing to replenish any item upon request. Check-in was extremely easy, & Check-out was even easier. Overall, I highly recommend TownePlace Suites near Buffalo Airport, I wasn't disappointed, & I hope youre not as well.

Reported pool issue to front staff. Older gentleman stated there was a soccer team there. He didn't apologize, ask if there was anything he could do to help situation, didn't go to speak to team of boys in pool. Ended up just leaving and not staying night
